Barack Obama, the President of the United States, is following the policy of undermining stability in the targeted areas and is then providing “aid” in all forms: spiritual and material.

Under the pretext of eradicating “terrorism” and achieving “democracy”, this has pushed millions of civilians to escape the conflict areas and seek asylum in Europe. An analysis on Global Research by Eric Zuesse indicates the following: "What makes the situation more problematic is the European countries’ attitude by rejecting the immigrants. Consequently, this has resulted in a lack of political stability in all parts of Europe without exception; even places in the north of Europe and also in the United States, an issue that seems to be adding fuel to the fire."

On July 27th, The New York Times reported that “the American plan called on facilitating the takeover of the rebels, as Washington calls them “relatively moderate”, of more Syrian territories with air support provided by Washington and Turkey.” However, the secret leaks from the US government published in The Times indicated that the United States has failed in estimating the concept of “relatively moderate opposition”. This comes after those “moderate groups” had collaborated with other more extremist/radical groups such as the so-called “ISIL” to exercise violence like beheadings and taking non-Muslim hostages (sometimes to ask for ransom) taking into account that Syria is a secular country and its citizens enjoy religious freedoms; and all of these jihadist groups are opposed to the establishment of a strong State.

Despite the fact that many see the lies and ambiguity surrounding the US policy, some still find the policy is clearer in its positioning after escalations in the Middle East.

According to Seymour Hersh, in “London Review of Books” on April 17th, 2014, the bombing campaign of Libya was led by the Obama administration in 2011 and was a part of a larger program planned by Washington to transfer Sarin gas from Libya to the so-called “al-Nusra Front” in Syria. This was for the purpose of helping terrorist groups to produce the poisonous gas and attack civilians, and then later blame the Syrian State. This is exactly what the United States did when it accused the Syrian government of using the poisonous gas against innocent civilians and provided that argument as a pretext/ justification of bombing Syrian territories and killing civilians, just as the US administration did in Libya.

Libya and Syria are significantly important – both are friends of Russia; and Syria has close ties with Russia and is an important ally for Russia.

It is no doubt that Obama's main goal in the international relations, and throughout his military policy, was and still is “to defeat” Russia and “to change” its regime. He wants Russia to be in his empire which he seeks to impose on the world; and thus destroy the strongest rival and the great country that might resist the United States.

Global Research pointed out that Libya had lived in peace and prosperity before the United States started to bomb it. According to the International Monetary Fund, the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita was $1235780 in 2010; but it had been decreased to $583970 as the war broke out in Libya in 2011. However, Saudi Arabia –the closest ally to Washington- was opposed to the distribution of the GDP per capita in Libya as it was equal and significant, as well as that education and health care system was accessible to all, and even to the poor in Libya.

Recently, on February 15th 2015, the Director of the National Oil Organization Mustafa Sanallah announced that the future of the economy in Libya is unknown and has seen an 80% of its production, due to the US bombardment.

Libya has become, for instance, one of the major problems that Europe is facing. Millions of Libyans are fleeing from the chaos, some of them cross the Mediterranean and end up in refugee camps in the south of Italy, and others escape to other places in Europe.

There is no doubt that Syria is another model that does not seem to be like Libya; but it intersects with the scene of what is taking place in Libya, in many things of which the most important is the systematic destruction applied by Washington and “Israel”; as well, the “fight” that Washington leads against the so-called “ISIL” which is just a publicity/ propaganda, particularly that the public opinion cares about defeating “ISIL” much more than “defeating Russia”,  because the bottom line for Washington's is to expand its empire.

Obama toppled the neutral government of Victor Yanukovych in Ukraine in February 2014. It all happened under the false cover of “democratic” demonstrations instead of the cover of “opposing Islamic terrorism” or any of the phrases used by the government of the United States in order to establish control.

In conclusion: The United States through its wars in the Middle East is seeking to destroy and weaken European countries. This war is aimed at establishing its empire; and the “annihilation” of Russia which plays an important role, so that it would be the last one that stands against Washington’s aggressive plans of chaos and destruction.

There are two ways of winning in any game: first, to improve one’s performance; second, to weaken the performance of competitors. It seems that the United States has preferred to depend entirely on the second strategy to reach its goals, which confirms to the entire world that “the ends justifies the means”, once it is important to Washington.
